Webmail, mail clients and security
Webmail
Section titled “Webmail”Publish Webmail on a hostname such as mail.example.com. Configure the company name, logo and accent color, then verify the hostname before inviting employees.
IMAP and SMTP
Section titled “IMAP and SMTP”Employees create personal application passwords for supported mail clients. Shared inbox access follows each employee’s role; shared passwords are not used.
Security and retention
Section titled “Security and retention”Review authentication results, spam verdicts, suspicious senders, retention policy and legal holds in the workspace. Security and retention are scoped to that company domain.
Migration
Section titled “Migration”Use the migration workspace for Gmail, Microsoft 365 or EML imports. Run a preview, inspect message and attachment totals, then retain rollback evidence before cutover.
